Guide to the entire The Film Student series
In order to organize everything in one place, outlining the erotic-grotesque horror story.
The Film Student combines many ideas and a couple of experiences I have had to bring to life the ethos of Japanese erotica and horror. Authors such as Ryu Murakami seamlessly blend BDSM aesthetics with daily life and take the sadism in the horror genre to extremes that are simultaneously terrifyingly gross and beautifully twisted. The title “erotic-grotesque” (or ero-guro) seems a perfect name for a unique genre. As it is my first attempt at the genre, I can’t expect to nail it, but I believe you will find something interesting here!
THE PLOT
Kyoko is a sadistic Japanese film student who is looking for a male to be the main character of her ultra-realistic ero guro (erotic-grotesque) film. Josh is an exchange student with an uncontrollable case of yellow fever and a submissive state of mind that could be his downfall. Kyoko thinks he'll be perfect for the role!

The series started out as 100-word shorts.
I went into Kyoko’s backstory. This story of her first relationship was partially inspired by a previous relationship I had been in.
I started to expand the episodes of The Film Student to make them longer than 100 words. Some are between 300-600 words. Those are available to paid subscribers.
But I still publish 100-word stories sometimes, which are available to free subscribers.
